The Revera Assisted Living Facility is a high-end seniors’ residence located in North Edmonton, thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of Edmonton’s aging population.

Precast Contributions
Lafarge Precast played a key role in the project, supplying and installing Hollowcore thin floor slabs onto light gauge steel stud walls. Additionally, solid precast panels were provided for the elevator and stairwell structures, enhancing the building’s durability and safety.

Hollowcore Benefits
Hollowcore, an extruded prestressed concrete slab, offers exceptional structural efficiency by allowing for long spans, acoustic performance, and fire resistance. Its adaptability made it an ideal choice for this project, ensuring both quality and performance.
