Architectural Precast Designs
Our architectural precast products are fabricated under controlled factory conditions to exacting tolerances. We are now producing thinner panels with simplified connections across Western Canada. A perfect example of this design principle are the white precast cladding panels shown above and below, these panels were installed on the newly renovated NorQuest College campus in downtown Edmonton.
Other alternatives include the architectural brick effect designs like the brick liner effect shown below, this is just one option available when looking for architectural precast designs. We regularly produce a variety of Architectural precast products for a wide variety of clients and projects, including Architectural precast wall panels with sand blasted finishes or colored Architectural precast to separate our products and ultimately our clients projects all over Western Canada from the rest. This brick effect Architectural precast was incorporated on a LOWE'S store in Sherwood Park Alberta.
Sustainability and the Environment is of prime importance for the Lafarge Precast Alberta group. We track and can report on Global Warming Potential, Primary Embodied Energy and Water Use associated specifically with the precast concrete produced in our Lafarge Precast Edmonton plant. We participated in the development of Environmental Product Declarations and Product Category Rules for precast in North America.
Our Lafarge Precast Edmonton facility is state of the art, and our multinational workforce incorporates skilled trades men and women from all over the world which means we cannot be rivaled with respect to quality, experience or precast ability.
