Another beautiful day in Edmonton here at Lafarge Precast, our yard crew transporting a precast concrete vault designed for underground utilities. This concrete vault design was engineered and produced here at our Lafarge Precast Edmonton facility for a local Edmonton Alberta utilities project. This is one of many utility products, designed, engineered and produced at our facility then installed across Alberta.
Our concrete vault designs and production process is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team to ensure that every element of structural precast is produced in accordance with the specific engineered drawings for that project. In accordance with our CPCI certification all precast concrete vaults are tested prior to pouring to ensure it meets the project criteria, similarly prior to stripping and shipping the cylinders taken during pre-pour testing process are tested to ensure they meet the appropriate level of strength.
