This project features 99,000 square feet of our precast concrete Insulcor wall system, which will be incorporated within the external envelope of the building. Our Insulcore wall panels work hand in hand with the structural steel design, and provide a strong durable wall system with excellent thermal mass and fire resistance qualities.

All of our precast concrete wall panel production process is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team to ensure that our utility trenches are produced in accordance with the specific engineered drawings. In accordance with our CPCI certification all concrete utilized in a precast concrete production is tested prior to pouring to ensure it meets  the project criteria, similarly prior to stripping and shipping the cylinders taken during pre-pour testing process are tested to ensure they meet the appropriate level of strength.
