The precast concrete culverts shown in the above image were utilized in an “inverted trench” format, they were used to provide a utility corridor under Highway 63. The inverted concept allowed for easy access to install utilities and fast enclosure with the precast elements provided minimal traffic disruption. Precast inverted trench units were installed in two phases over a period of 4 weeks to complete the project from start to finish. Our design and engineering team have worked on a wide variety precast concrete culvert concepts and projects.

All of our precast concrete production process is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team to ensure that each product is produced in accordance with the specific engineered drawings. In accordance with our CPCI certification all concrete utilized in a precast concrete production is tested prior to pouring to ensure it meets the project criteria, similarly prior to stripping and shipping the cylinders taken during pre-pour testing process are tested to ensure they meet the appropriate level of strength.
