Clayton Reservoir, Surrey , British Columbia
This project features 161 precast concrete cladding panels that are white and charcoal in colour. These panels are curved 3D circular and waves that will clad the Surrey reservoir to maintain the natural and beautiful look of the area.
Castle Downs Transit Centre, Edmonton, Alberta
This project features Lafarge Ductal concrete which is our ultra high performance concrete product. This allows us to create these 4,600 square foot of concrete cladding with a minimal thinness of less than 1 inch. Strong enough to provide the curved soffit panels with a modern natural beauty.
Prince Albert River Street Reservoir , Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
This project with Graham, City of Prince Albert and Aecom features a 15 million litre water tank completed entirely of precast concrete elements. Lafarge is suppling and installing panels, Hollowcore, columns and beams with prestressed and post-stressed elements.
MTE Logistics Warehouse, Edmonton Alberta
This project with Dawson Wallace is a 470 precast panel job with over 141,700 square feet of panel. Lafarge continues to work with MTE Logistics in providing the precast for these enormous warehouses.
Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Parkade, Alberta
This project features the new Alberta Health Services parkade at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital. This 4 elevated levels of precast parkade include 450 precast double tees, as well as precast concrete beams, columns and spandrels.
Bezanson Cultural Centre
This project features load bearing insulated panels which hold up the roof and act as the structure of the building. These panels also include insulation and act as the architectural interior and exterior wall.
Alberta Teachers Association Parkade
This project features the expansion of the ATA parkade to increase an additional parking level to the structure, incorporating precast double tees, beams, columns and spandrels.
Ford Distribution Center, Nisku
This project features 99,000 square feet of our precast Insulcor wall panels, which will be incorporated within the external envelope of the building.
Taylor Drive Interchange, Red Deer
This project features the installation of twenty four 2m deep and 40m long precast NU girders across 4 phases, at the Taylor Drive interchange in Red Deer.
McConachie Gardens, Edmonton
Located at the south-east corner of 66 Street NW and 170 Avenue NW, Revera’s newest senior living community features 166 suites, including 90,000 square feet of Hollowcore
Chateau du Canal, Beaumont
Designed for adult-living, Chateau du Canal is a four-storey condominium with 22 suites that utilizes our precast concrete 8" Hollowcore flooring slabs.
Goodlife Fitness, Fort Saskatchewan
The interior mezzanine floor for this project incorporated our precast 10" Hollowcore floor slabs achieving longer spans between the steel structural columns and beams.

Mechanized River Valley Access
Lafarge Precast Edmonton has supplied and installed the precast deck panels and architectural benches on the Mechanized River Valley Access project that makes the Edmonton river valley more accessible.
NorQuest College
Exterior precast cladding for the new Singhmar Centre for Learning will be provided by Lafarge Precast Edmonton on NorQuest College's downtown expansion project.
LOWE'S Sherwood Park
Lafarge Precast Edmonton is part of the construction team on the new Lowe's Home Improvement and hardware store in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
Jubilee Park, Spruce Grove
Exterior precast Insulcore wall panels were the unanimous product of choice for this future spray park project in Spruce Grove.
Manitoulin Transport Acheson
Lafarge Precast Edmonton will be fabricating the exterior precast wall panels for this expansion project and installing them at the job site. All of these exterior walls will be utilizing our Insulcore product which is an insulated concrete wall panel design, ideal for any exterior building envelope.
West Edmonton Mall Parkade E40
West Edmonton Mall will soon have a new Precast Concrete Parkade. The General Contractor Chandos and Lafarge Precast Edmonton developed a cost effective precast parking solution which allowed the removal of nearly 70% of the columns when compared to earlier concepts.
Horizon Business Park Building D
Horizon Business Park is located on 184th Street, North West Edmonton. This is the 4th building of the Hopewell Horizon Development, situated on a 71 acre site, offering unparalleled access to all areas of Edmonton.
Niche One Condominium
Niche One is a 3 story residential condominium complex at 1627 - 38 Street SW in Calgary, AB which incorporates the use of Lafarge precast concrete Insulcore wall panels and Hollowcore plank products in its structure
The Anthony Henday Ring Road
This major Edmonton infrastructure expansion project involved the production over several hundred precast concrete bridge girders & several thousand precast concrete bridge deck slabs.
Kingsway Toyota
In conjunction with the main contractor Lafarge Precast Edmonton produced and erected insulated precast concrete load-bearing wall panels, precast concrete solid fire rated wall panels, and structural precast concrete Hollowcore flooring slabs for this project.
Remington Champagne Project
Champagne is a unique precast concrete development which features French Provincial Architecture, supported with details such as natural stone, double balcony columns with capitals, cornices and steep pitched roof lines.
University of Alberta Innovation Centre for Engineering
The exterior finish of this building is a creative marriage of glass, metal and precast concrete. The striking feature of this building is the “fly-by” building cladding system on the corners of the structure.
