A total precast solution was employed, with precast concrete serving as the primary building element for the superstructure, flooring, and exterior cladding. This approach provided superior quality, excellent acoustic separation, and inherent fire resistance while significantly enhancing construction efficiency.
Construction Advantages
The total precast system allowed for rapid erection, unaffected by weather conditions, and dramatically reduced construction timelines compared to cast-in-place methods.
