Our Lafarge Hollowcore precast floor systems are poured on day one and stripped and stored out outside on day two, the entire production process is thoroughly inspected by our quality control team to ensure that every Hollowcore precast floor panel is produced in accordance with the specific engineered drawings for that project. In accordance with our CPCI certification all concrete used is tested prior to pouring to ensure it meets the project criteria, similarly prior to stripping and shipping the cylinders taken during pre pour testing process are tested to ensure they meet the appropriate level of strength.
