Project Overview:
Lafarge Precast Edmonton is proud to be part of the construction team building the Clayton Reservoir, British Columbia.
This project features architectural precast cladding panels in white and dark charcoal. The panels are 3D curved circular, curved waves and curved bows around corners. When complete these precast cladding panels will dress the cast in place concrete reservoir in natural flowing curves and shapes to accentuate the beauty of this Surrey neighbourhood.
Lafarge precast is CPCI certified to CSA standards for the manufacture of Prestressed Precast Concrete Products and incorporates the CPCI Plant Sustainability Program in our manufacturing process.

One of the primary reasons precast concrete cladding was selected for this project because of cost and speed of construction. All Precast concrete components were made off site as shown above and delivered to the project on a "just in time" basis, all shipments were efficiently and conveniently coordinated between Lafarge and the main contractor to ensure the tight project timelines were met.
